We offer a variety of services that assures us that the journey from the first time you see our artwork to the moment it is decorating your home goes as smoothly as possible. Our team is constantly communicating with our clients on questions about shipping, installation and even home delivery. Custom Artwork
The artwork that decorates your space is a deeply personal choice. We offer custom work that speaks to our clients individuality. It is always a thrill to learn about your ideas and we are more than willing to collaborate with you in making your needs a reality. Our studio is open to any specific size, subject, and/or color palette requests by our clients. The creative process begins by offering sketches of the proposed work in advance. Delivery can depend on the complexity of the commissioned artwork. Reach out we are here to support you.
Shipping
Our studio will pack and ship the artwork via FedEx or USPS. Shipping and packing are at the cost of the client. The price for shipping, handling, and packing depends on the size and weight of the sculpture. If you reach out we are more happy to give you a quote, just let us know where the piece(s) will be shipped to.
Delivery
We offer free delivery when large sculptures are purchased at local art shows. Our delivery services are available in Florida. Please contact us for special delivery requests and availability.
Copyright
Art collectors have the right to exhibit our sculptures and sell it to a third party after their purchase transaction, but their rights are limited by copyright. The collector may not create molds or reproduce any sculpture purchased. They may not sell any reproductions made from the original sculpture purchased without the consent of Ruben, Federica and Ruben Fine Art Inc.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we're here to help! You may return or exchange the item within seven days of the purchase. You can return your artwork for a different one, or you can have a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Discounted artwork is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned artwork must be in the same condition it was received. This is not applicable for commissioned artworks. Our company won’t reimburse return shipping charges.
